  • Cook's trade certification or equivalent
  • Food Handler certification - not needed but asset
  • 2 years experience in food preparation


  • Develops plans effectively

  • Great knife skills
  • Follows detailed instructions well
  • Maintains the cleanliness of their station and equipment during service
  • Great time management
  • Performs well under stress
  • Works well with others
  • Good communicator both in and outside of service
